The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BluestarAI Pipeline OS and the bluestarai.world website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account. Workspaces are org-scoped; you must not attempt to access data belonging to another organisation. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law.
- Do not attempt to breach, probe or circumvent the security or access controls of the service or any other account.
- Do not upload data you do not have the right to process, or scrape the service to build a competing product.
- Do not interfere with the operation of the service or the use of it by others.
Billing & pilots
Workspaces begin with a pilot period unless otherwise agreed. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and are month-to-month; founding-customer rates are locked for 12 months. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, which will not affect a locked rate during its term.
Intellectual property
The platform, its design and its underlying technology are owned by BluestarAI and protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during your subscription. You retain all rights to the data you bring and the content you create in your workspace.
Your data
Your workspace data is yours. We process it on your behalf to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not train models on your workspace data for other customers, and you can export your data at any time.
Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluestarAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We may update them from time to time; material changes will be communicated in the console or by email.
