Scoring & signals

How the score is built

How is the Bluestar Score different from a typical lead score?

Most scores are a black box — a number with no explanation. The Bluestar Score is a transparent weighted model: firmographic fit (35), buying signals (35), engagement (20) and timing (10). Every point traces back to a specific reason. Weights are managed end to end for you, and the ranker learns from your own outcomes — so the model improves with your pipeline rather than asking you to configure it.

Where do the buying signals come from?

Signal Radar unifies five families of signals: direct engagement (replies, meeting requests), web behaviour (pricing-page visits, content downloads), company events (funding, hiring surges, leadership changes), referrals, and expansion signals. Each carries a weight and decays over 21 days.

How does signal decay work?

Momentum fades. A signal that fired today counts for more than the same signal two weeks ago, so the queue reflects what is happening now rather than what happened once. Decay is applied on a half-life so old activity never permanently inflates a score.

Can I change the model weights?

The engine is managed end to end — weights are read-only in the product, so there is nothing to tune or misconfigure. You still set your ICP, and the model derives sensible weighting from it automatically. From there your own replies and meetings feed back in and refine how leads are ranked, so the score tracks your real motion without manual calibration.

Product & setup

Getting started with the console

How long does setup take?

Under 10 minutes. Import your list (CSV with smart column mapping), and within 24 hours every lead carries a score and the radar is ranking your daily queue.

What is a Copilot daily briefing?

Each morning, Copilot tells your team exactly what to do: the top accounts to contact, the signal to reference, the suggested angle, and how many touches today's capacity supports. Capacity maths means no rep is ever overloaded or idle.

What channels do sequences support?

Multi-step, multi-channel sequences across email, calls and LinkedIn. Autopilot enrolls the right leads at the right time, and every reply, open and meeting request feeds straight back into the Bluestar Score.

Do I need to bring my own API key or configure the AI?

No. The AI engine is managed end to end — there is nothing to configure, no API keys to supply and no model to host. You set your ICP and connect your channels; the scoring, signals and Copilot briefings run for you out of the box.

Can I import from my existing CRM?

You can import any lead list as CSV with smart column mapping, and connect via our integrations and API on the Scale plan. Your data is exportable at any time.

Simulation & forecasting

Rehearsing before you spend

What does the Digital Twin Simulator actually do?

It runs hundreds of Monte Carlo simulations of your sequence against your real lead mix, modelling reply and meeting rates with variance. You get a p10–p90 forecast of meetings booked, a bottleneck report, and a GO / FIX / KILL verdict — before you spend a dollar.

What do GO, FIX and KILL mean?

GO — the campaign clears the bar and is worth running. FIX — the plan works if a flagged step is corrected (often show-up rate or channel mix). KILL — the expected return does not justify the effort. The point is an explicit decision, not a vague "looks promising".

Where does the simulation data come from?

From your own lead mix and sequence, combined with modelled industry response ranges and variance. The twin reports a range, not a single optimistic number, so you can plan against the conservative case.

Security, data & privacy

How your data is handled

Is my data safe?

Your workspace is org-scoped and fully isolated — users, leads, signals and sequences belong to your organisation alone. Traffic is encrypted in transit, and stored integration secrets are sealed with field-level Fernet encryption. Sessions are HttpOnly, SameSite and Secure with per-request CSP nonces, sign-in is rate-limited with progressive lockout, and every sign-in, lockout and revocation is written to an audit ledger. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. See the security page for detail.

Do you train models on my data?

No. Your leads and signals are never used to train models for other customers. Your workspace is yours, and you can export it at any time.

Where is my data held?

Data is stored per your plan and processed to deliver the service only. Privacy details and your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy, and the sub-processors we rely on are listed in the sub-processor register.

Which frameworks are you aligned to?

Our controls are mapped to GDPR / UK GDPR and CCPA / CPRA for privacy, SOC 2 (Type II in progress) and ISO/IEC 27001 for security, PCI-DSS-aware handling of payment flows, and WCAG 2.2 AA for accessibility. The Trust Center has the mapping, along with our DPA and legal documents.

Pricing & plans

Plans and commitments

How much does BluestarAI cost?

Essential is $5,000/mo, Growth is $7,500/mo and Scale is $10,000/mo, all with founding-customer rates locked for 12 months. Enterprise is custom-priced. Every plan begins with a guided pilot on your own list. See pricing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month. Your data is exportable at any time, and founding-customer pricing stays locked for 12 months.

How do I get access?

Access is granted personally. Request access and we'll review your team — usually within one business day. Every workspace includes a pilot period with the full scoring engine and radar, and if you outgrow your plan during the pilot we credit your pilot time toward the next tier.
