BluestarAI Dialer

Call the lead. Text the list. Or let an agentic AI run the conversation.

The dialer lives inside the workspace that already scored the lead. Buy a local number, call in one click, record and transcribe every word, fill the form while you talk, and text the whole list — without opening a second tool.

Three ways to reach a number

Talk to it, text it, or hand it to an agent that talks for you.

Every mode runs on the same number, writes into the same call log, and updates the same lead record. Pick per call — not per quarter.

Call

Click a scored lead and dial. Your phone rings first — press 1 and you're bridged — or run the whole thing from the console with the live transcript in front of you. Recording and transcription start the second the call is answered.

Human calling →

Agentic call

Hand the call to an AI agent built from your script. It opens, handles the back-and-forth, and works toward the objective you set. You watch the transcript, have it say a line out loud, or take over at any moment.

How the agent works →

Text

Send one message to a hand-picked list or a whole broadcast audience, with merge fields, a segment counter and the opt-out line already appended. Replies land in a shared inbox where you can answer them.

Anatomy of one call

From dial tone to a sent, signed form — in a single screen.

Dial from the lead

Type, paste or tap a number on the dialpad. Any format is normalised before it leaves the platform. Attach a script, attach a form, and choose who speaks.

Answer, with notice

Recording and live transcription are requested at dial time, so a conversation is never lost because a later step failed. The person is told the call is recorded.

Watch the transcript

Final segments stream into the console as they are spoken. The AI agent's lines and the contact's lines are labelled separately, so the record reads like the conversation.

The form fills itself

As each segment lands, the model fills the form template field by field and keeps the line it took the value from. You correct anything it misheard.

You approve — then it sends

Nothing leaves the platform on its own. On approval the contact gets the form as a PDF by email and a signed link by text; you get a copy of both.

The recap writes itself

When the call ends, the transcript is summarised into an outcome, a sentiment, the objections raised, the next steps and the lines worth quoting.

Everything the dialer does

A phone system that already knows who you're calling, and why.

Numbers

Buy a local number

Search the carrier inventory by area code, city or state, and buy a voice-and-SMS number for the workspace. Keep your own inventory, refresh it against the carrier, and release a number when you're done with it.

Dialing

One click from the lead

Every scored lead with a number is a call button. Or open the dialpad and enter it by hand — the platform normalises whatever you type into a single canonical format before dialing.

Recording

Recorded and transcribed

Recording and streaming transcription are requested when the call is placed, not bolted on afterwards. The recording is kept with the call and plays back inside the console.

Recap

An AI recap on every hangup

Summary, outcome, sentiment, objections, next steps and verbatim quotes — written automatically when the call ends, or on demand with one button. It still works if the model is unavailable, thanks to a deterministic fallback.

Forms

Filled live, sent on approval

Build a form template once. During the call, values appear in it with the transcript line they came from. You edit, you approve, and only then does it reach the contact and your own inbox.

Scripts

Scripts that drive the call

Write the objective and the talking points once. The same script briefs a human agent and becomes the agentic AI's instructions — so what the AI says is what your best rep would say.

Campaigns

Work a list hands-free

Create a campaign, queue the verified leads that have a number, and set the pace. Run it in human mode or agentic mode, one to five calls at a time, and pause or dial the next target whenever you want.

Inbox

Two-way texting

Replies arrive as threads with unread counts, not as a dead outbox. Answer from the platform and the whole exchange stays attached to the phone number and the lead.

Inbound

When they call you back

Inbound calls can be switched off, recorded, or answered by the AI agent — so a callback at 8pm still gets a conversation, a transcript and a recap by morning.

Agentic calls

An agent that carries the call — and a human who can still take the wheel.

Choose Agentic call instead of dialing yourself and the AI agent speaks on the line. It follows the script you attached, listens to the answer it actually gets, and steers toward the objective rather than reading a monologue.

Built from your scriptThe objective, the talking points and the constraints you wrote become the agent's instructions. Change the script, and the next call changes with it.
  • 02
Whisper a line mid-callType a sentence and have the agent say it out loud on the live call — a correction, a number, a concession you want offered in your own words.

Hi Armando — you were on the routing page twice this week. Is the dock schedule the part that keeps slipping?
AI agent
Mostly, yeah. Forty loads a day and we're still running it off a spreadsheet.
Understood — forty a day off a spreadsheet is exactly where the dock schedule breaks. Thursday at ten, twenty minutes?

Mass texting

One message, the whole list — audited before a single send.

A broadcast is a frozen audience plus one message. Nothing leaves the platform until you launch it, and once launched it sends at your pace, inside your sending window.

  • 01
Audience from anywherePaste a list, pull your leads, or target everyone in a campaign. The audience is snapshotted at creation, so the send never drifts as the list changes underneath it.
  • 02
Merge fields and real segment math{name} and {company} personalise each message, and the composer counts actual SMS segments — 160 characters where the alphabet allows it, 70 where it doesn't — before you commit.
  • 03
Opt-out line, appendedEvery message carries an opt-out instruction by default. Inbound STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT or REVOKE marks the number opted out and pulls it out of every queue immediately — START puts it back.
  • 04
Paced, not blastedSet the interval between sends, schedule the launch, and let the sender work through the queue. Delivery, failure and reply are tracked per recipient.
  • 05
Suppressed before it's queuedNumbers already opted out, or invalid after normalisation, are counted and excluded when the audience is built — you see the number you're actually reaching.

Hi Ana — you downloaded the dock-scheduling guide and I had one question: are you running routing in-house or through a broker? — Sam, BluestarAI
In-house. It's the reporting that's painful.
That's fixable in a week. Want the two-page teardown of how Northwind did it?

Guardrails, not afterthoughts

The rules are enforced by the platform, not by discipline.

Recording notice

Disclosure is spoken on answered calls by default, and can be delivered in the greeting instead. Recording never starts silently.

Quiet hours

Campaign dialing stops outside 07:00–21:00 and texting outside 08:00–21:00 in the workspace timezone. Targets wait for the next opening rather than being consumed.

Opt-outs and audit

An opt-out list you can inspect and edit, automatic suppression on the way in, and an audit entry for every campaign, broadcast and form that leaves the platform.

Consent, number hygiene and local calling rules remain yours to satisfy. The controls above are the ones the platform will not let you skip. Acceptable use · Security model

Questions

Before you put a number on it.

Do I need a separate phone system?

No. You buy the number inside BluestarAI and call from the same workspace that holds the lead. There's no second console, no softphone to install, and no call log to reconcile afterwards.

Does an agentic call sound like a robot reading a script?

It's built from your script but it isn't a recording. The agent listens to what the person actually says and responds to it, and its instructions are the objective and talking points you wrote. If it goes somewhere you don't want, you can end the call or have it say a line in your own words.

What happens to the form if the call goes badly?

Nothing is sent. The form only leaves the platform when a user approves it, and a form with no filled values cannot be approved. If the call didn't produce anything worth sending, you simply don't send it.

Can I use my own number?

Numbers are bought and managed in the workspace, which is what keeps recording, transcription, texting and the inbox on the same line. Release a number inside the platform when you no longer need it.

Does the dialer work with the rest of the platform?

That's the point of it. Calls, texts, recaps and approved forms all land on the lead record alongside its Bluestar Score and signals, so the next touch is informed by the last conversation rather than a note someone forgot to write.

Hear it on a live call

We'll call you from the dialer and show you the console while we talk.

Book a fit call and we'll run the whole loop on your own list: a scored lead, a recorded call, a recap, a form you approve, and a text broadcast you can launch or hold.
