Overview
BluestarAI ("we", "us") provides the BluestarAI Pipeline OS, a lead generation platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it and the choices you have. It applies to the marketing site at bluestarai.world and to the console at bluestarai.world/app.
We aim to collect only what we need to run the service, and to be plain about it. Where a term has a specific meaning, we define it rather than assume it.
What we collect
Account data. When you register we collect your name, work email, company name and a hashed representation of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
Workspace data. The leads, signals, sequences, notes and activity you or your team enter into the console. This is your data; we process it on your behalf to deliver the service.
Usage data. Standard technical information such as pages viewed, actions taken and session details, used to operate, secure and improve the platform.
Communications. Messages you send us, including consultation requests and support enquiries.
How we use it
- To provide and operate the platform, including scoring, signal ranking and simulation.
- To authenticate you and protect your workspace from unauthorised access.
- To respond to your enquiries and arrange consultations you request.
- To send product and Insights updates you have subscribed to — one click to unsubscribe, always.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your workspace data to train models for other customers.
Retention
We keep workspace data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for legal, security or accounting purposes. You can export your leads and analytics at any time, and request deletion of your account and its data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the console, or by contacting us. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
